On-Site Service
Charge - $75.00 first hour - $50.00 per hour after the first hour.
It will cost you $75.00 for me to
show up at your place of business or your home. This includes 1 hour
of time. Even if I resolve your issue in 15 minutes, it will still
cost you $75.00. I will stay the entire hour and help you with any
other issues you may have.
All of our On-Site services are charged by one
hourly rate. No confusing tiers of rates for different services. Our
technicians come prepared to service your computing needs and
provide the most efficient and professional help available. This
includes Troubleshooting, New System Setup, Hardware and Software
Setup and Training.
Rate is per hour. 1-hour minimum with additional time charged by the
1/2 hour.
